Protective Covenants
It is the intention and purpose of these covenants to insure that all structures shall be of a
quality design workmanship and materials which are compatible and harmonize with the
natural setting of the area and other structures within the development.
Improvements permitted to be constructed on each lot shall be limited to one single family
residence having a floor area or not less than 2000 square feet for a single story residence
and 2400 feet for a bi-level, tri-level or two story residence, exclusive of porches, decks,
breezeways and garages.
All vehicles and boats, campers, etc., shall be stored inside a structure upon the premises,
either attached or detached; said structure shall not accommodate more than 2
automobiles, but may have additional storage space for lawn mowers, lawn tractors,
boats, snowmobiles, tools and general storage.
No outside wall face shall be of aluminum or vinyl siding, asphalt shingle siding,
unpainted aluminum siding, imitation stone siding and all bricks walls shall be of the same
or like quality.
