Protective Covenants
Lot Appearance.
No Person shall accumulate on his lot junked vehicles, litter, refuse or other
unsightly materials. Garbage shall be placed in receptacles provided therefore and,
if outside, shall be properly screened. No fuel tanks shall be allowed.
Out Buildings.
Out Buildings or sheds shall be a maximum of 2400 square feet, shall be tan in
color with green trim, shall have at least 2 windows and a service door and shall be
placed appropriately on the lot with the approval of the location by the developer
in writing.
Dwelling Costs, Quality and Size
The finished floor area of the single-family dwelling exclusive of porches,
breezeways and garages, shall not be less than 2,000 square feet total living area
for a one-story, single family dwelling, nor less than 2,600 square feet total living
space for a bi-level, or tri-level, or two-story single family dwelling.
Fences.
Fences shall be all 3 board white plastic.
Lot Improvements
Any lot or lots in this subdivision shall not be divided or resubdivided into smaller
lots or parcels of land.
